Open French doors from every room and access the covered veranda. The veranda is warm enough on sunny off- season days to lunch outdoors, and in the summer, is cooled by the remote controlled awnings for dining and relaxing in the shade. |

Garden tables, chairs, parasols, lounge and sun chairs and a portable electric grill are provided along with all indoor and outdoor appliances, linens and crockery. |
The rooftop terrace has stunning sea and hill country views, a private spot for morning coffee, afternoon sunbathing, as well as before dinner drinks and night time stargazing. It is accessed by exterior stairs. |

The charming Provence-styled living and dining room is furnished with period pieces and a sofa bed (120 x 200 cm) and recliner. The double French doors open out directly onto the veranda. For cooler weather stays, there is central heating provided by hot water circulating through radiators. |

The fully equipped fitted kitchen includes all modern conveniences, such as a dishwasher and microwave, and a refrigerator with a good sized freezer compartment. The French doors open out onto the veranda. |

Washing machine and separate tumble dryer, just off the kitchen, in the broom closet, which also houses a modern on-demand hot water heater. Guests are welcome to use all household cleaning products and laundry supplies that may be on hand. A sliding pocket door normally conceals this utilitarian area. |
